Pablo De la Huerta comes to Orabona Law Offices after five years as an Assistant Public Defender at the Rhode Island Public Defender’s Office. Mr. De la Huerta has represented thousands of clients in the District and Superior Courts of Rhode Island, at every stage of criminal litigation – from arraignment all the way to trial. Mr. De la Huerta brings an intimate knowledge of the criminal justice system and the courts; and a reputation for working hard to deliver good results for his clients.

Mr. De la Huerta is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. He was previously a Law Clerk in the Rhode Island Superior Court. Mr. De la Huerta earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College and his Law Degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish.
